The defining feature of Hold is the relationship between its simple structure and the dynamic geometry of the backrest. The circular connection where the frame meets the backrest becomes the center of a continuous rotational movement.

The final form captures an ideal moment within this movement, as if the backrest had been frozen in motion. The tension between structural clarity and movement gives the chair its distinctive character.
